Vaccination Survey - South West

The PenTRAIN team are conducting a survey targeted to paediatric doctors from the South West to try to understand their confidence and barriers in discussing vaccination with children and families, and what training or support would be helpful.


This survey is completely anonymous and shoud take approximately 10 minutes to complete. If you would like to participate, please send us your answers here.
